Paula Peach Ehrmann, MS, LCPC

Paula
is a licensed, clinical, professional counselor with over 20 years experience in
psychotherapeutic treatment. Through her private practice, Paula Ehrmann &
Associates, LLC and as co-founder and CEO of Building Men and Women, Inc., Paula
works with individuals and couples therapeutically, as well as with community
and corporate groups to transform personal beliefs, values and public practices.
Together with husband Joe Ehrmann, they seek to inform, inspire and initiate
individual and societal change that empowers men and women to be their very best
personally, professionally and relationally.
With a Master of Science in Applied Psychology and Quantitative Methods, Paula
specializes in the treatment of personality and mood disorders, bereavement
therapy, sexual dysfunction therapy, couples therapy and trauma recovery. Paula
is trained and certified in EMDR treatment and provides clinical supervision to
professionals.
Married for over 30 years, Paula and Joe have four children. Together, they have
built a uniquely impactful message that they are delivering across the country.
Stressing the value of relationships and a commitment to making a difference in
the world, their message transcends the boundaries of motivational speaking and
is relevant to a broad range of audiences including corporate, educational,
personal and spiritual.
Paula and Joe co-founded The Door, a community-based ministry addressing issues
of poverty, systemic racism and social justice. Paula developed and supervised a
drug abuse prevention program for The Door and has served on the Board of
Directors of the Ronald McDonald House and the Baltimore Urban Leadership
Foundation. She is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore.

Tisha Gentry
Tisha Gentry, MA, LCPC

Tisha is a licensed,
clinical, professional counselor with over seven years experience in
psychotherapeutic treatment. She received her Master of Arts in Counseling at
Reformed Theological Seminary in Florida.
A former organizing consultant and owner of her own business, Tisha helped
people find order in the chaos of their homes, offices and schedules. She has
also written professionally for various publications and presented her seminar,
“Finding Your Organizing Personality,” to companies, colleges and conventions.
Tisha has also traveled overseas as a site manager for humanitarian aid
projects; provided counseling in Fraserbrugh, Scotland, a small fishing village
with the highest rate of heroine addiction in Britain (The Independent - London
, October 17, 1998); and facilitated group therapy with New Life’s Lose It For
Life weekend intensives.
Her approach to therapy is based on psychodynamic and object relations theory
with an eclectic gathering of perspectives including Carl Jung, Dan Allender,
Jean Jensen and others.
Tisha counsels adult individuals (21 and older) and couples. Some of her
specialties include depression, anxiety, relational skills, spiritual crisis,
gender issues, ADHD and sexual abuse.
